Process

For every customer we work with, we acquire a deep understanding of your long-term objectives, IT fleet and infrastructure by working with you to identify challenges and areas for improvement.

Using internally developed tools and partner toolsets, we are able to gain a detailed forensic view of your IT environment and see who is using what services, when and why. Our business assessment process looks at document and application analytics, service and support analytics as well as key areas such as security, environmental concerns and mobility. We can identify if staff would benefit from additional hardware, resources or services to increase efficiencies in the way in which they work day to day.

Service

Our privately-owned state-of-the-art UK-based helpdesk provides all the support customers need from one central location. Managed service customers also have a dedicated support agent who will closely monitor and remotely fix devices or issues with licenses where possible, often before you’re aware of a problem, helping to maintain uptime and productivity. We also use our own analytics tools to proactively review performance against SLAs and identify ways your managed services can further increase business productivity and savings.

About HP Factory Outlet Stock
Landscape are HP`s exclusive UK and European Factory Outlet and HP Partner First Platinum. Amongst our product range you will be able to find current products available at reduced prices with full HP Warranty.

How are Factory Outlet products Different from New?

Factory Outlet products are exactly the same as new HP items except for page count. That’s because we run a limited number of pages through each machine before shipping to ensure they are in mint condition.

Are these products covered by HP Warranty?

HP Gold products carry full HP one-year warranty cover, having been tested and certified to ‘as-new’ standard. If you receive an issue with any Gold product within the first 30 days, we will be happy to repair, swap out or refund the item. Past this point HP will cover the remaining 11 months warranty.
Additional HP Carepacks are also available for purchase to obtain extended warranty cover after the initial warranty term.
