Never miss a page with HP Everypage
HP have a range of dedicated desktop scan only devices or MFP’s with copy, print, scan and (optional fax) capabilities. Many of these come with HP Everypage which uses ATM-like technology to give you accurate sheet feeding of your documents.
It combines industrial-strength scanning technology with robust, high capacity document feeders, some of the features include:
- Ultrasonic double page detection – ultrasound is used to ensure a page doesn’t include an air gap signifying double feeding
- Mixed-stack handling – different sizes, weights and textures are auto handled without the requirement to pre sort.
- Reverse out and retry on latest models – ideal for stapled sheets
- Intelligent force / pressure is used to pick a sheet – if a page isn’t picked it will pause and request reload, holding all scanned pages already done in memory
Scanning Hardware Solutions
HP Flow Technology
HP MFP’s with Flow technology are scan-optimised multifunction printers devices designed to cater for heavy-duty scanning workloads. They carry the following enhancements over their non-HP FLOW equivalent models:
- Higher capacity ADFs
- Faster scan processing speeds
- HP EveryPage with ultrasonic double-feed detection
- Higher recommended monthly scan duty cycles
- Auto pause on double feed and/or reverse out and auto retry
- On board Optical Character Recognition with options for workflow accelerator cards (faster OCR processing)
- Pull-out physical keyboard for data entry
- Auto orientate, crop, tone, de-skew, blank page remove, colour paper remove, document edit, job separation
- Models are available with for both A4 and A3 scanning, and all scan in colour and monochrome.
HP Desktop Sheet Fed Scanners
We offer a range of HP dedicated business scanners for any requirement. Available in both Sheet fed or Flatbed + Sheet Fed formats, they come in two range categories:
ScanJet Pro Series for everyday scanning
- Scan speeds of up to 80ipm
- Capable of volumes up to 6,000 scans per day
ScanJet Enterprise Series for heavier duty professional scanning
- Scan speeds of up to 240ipm
- Capable of volumes up to 20,000 scans per day
