Collaborative Procurement for Managed Print Services
According to NEUPC, the new framework has been designed with input from the University Print Managers Association as well as experts from both members and consortia to ensure that it fulfils members print requirements under one agreement and their strategic planning needs.
Since the 2011 Diamond Review and the response of Procurement UK, universities achieved a reduction target of 30% through collaborative procurement by 2016.
The expanded agreement encompasses a range of print services in response to the distinct needs of user groups in Higher Education and the commitment of UK universities to deliver efficiencies and value for money for students, government and the wider public.
