Our Standard Service offering gives you direct access to HP supplies and engineering logistics from a specialist team in HP.
It offers automated ordering and on request and the provision of both elements via an easy to use online portal.
Enhanced
Our concierge service via our Helpdesk delivers additional services. We manage all interactions with the HP centre on your behalf, and using additional toolsets are able to:
- Capture real time detailed data from devices to help diagnose issues
- Update firmware remotely
- Restart devices remotely or at a scheduled date and time

Circular Economy Re-Use and Recycling
We work with customers on recycling spent supplies and also end of contract life hardware, either providing a full report on recycling or repurposing the technology into other customer sites with full security protocols for device sanitise erase. Many of our solutions are provided with customer trade-ins against their older legacy devices.
